We don't ask for a deposit. We do however ask for full payment 90 days ahead of the booking period. Once your booking form has been received you will be sent a letter of confirmation and your booking will be held secure.

 

The rent is payable 90 days prior to commencement of the rental period by international bank transfer (bank fee applies). An invoice will be sent ahead of the due date. Upon payment you will receive your receipt, instructions for collection of keys, a detailed map and your booklet of additional information.
